FAQ

What CPU/GPU is right for me?

The CPU and GPUs are the brain and muscle of your build. There are lots of good or bad combinations. We made our GRIGS builds in Lite, Max and Ultra variants to help you choosing the right and good combination. If you need more help after this please contact your nearby G:RIGS dealer for more help and guidance.

I want to see the machine in person. Where can I do that?

While we don’t keep pre-built machines in our office, some of our partners may have display units available. If you’re interested in seeing a specific model, please contact us — we’ll check availability and arrange a visit for you at one of our partner locations, if possible.

Why does one build include a certain component, while another doesn’t?

Our G:RIGS configurations come in three tiers — Lite, Max, and Ultra — designed for different performance needs and resolutions. If you’re not sure which tier suits you best, we’re happy to help you choose the right one.

How can I control the RGB LEDs in my PC?

The RGB effects and lightning in your G:RIGS build can be controlled via button or software (ASUS Armory Crate, MSI Center, ASRock Polyhrome and etc.).

How do I maintain my computer?

Like any high-performance machine, your PC needs a bit of care to keep running at its best. Over time, dust can build up inside the case and around the fans, which may lead to increased noise, higher temperatures, or reduced performance. This is completely normal and happens with all desktop systems.

To keep your G:RIGS PC in top condition, we recommend cleaning it every few months. The ideal frequency depends on your environment — dusty rooms, pet hair, smoking, or high humidity can all accelerate buildup. Use compressed air to carefully clean fans and filters, and always make sure the PC is turned off and unplugged before opening the case.

Avoid placing your PC directly on the floor or near heating sources, and try to keep it in a clean, well-ventilated space. Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your components and ensures stable performance for years to come.

What do I do if my G:RIGS system has no video signal?

If your G:RIGS PC isn’t displaying a video signal, don’t worry — here are a few quick checks that can help resolve the issue:

1. Check all cable connections.
Make sure the cable running from your monitor to your PC is securely plugged in at both ends. Loose or partially connected cables are a common cause of display issues.

2. Connect to the graphics card, not the motherboard.
G:RIGS systems come with dedicated GPUs. Double-check that your monitor is connected to the graphics card (usually located lower on the back panel), and not to the motherboard’s onboard video port.

3. Verify the correct monitor input.
Most modern monitors have multiple input options (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.). Use the monitor’s input/source button to cycle through available inputs and ensure it’s set to the one you’re using. If the issue persists, try a different cable or monitor to rule out hardware problems. Still stuck? Our support team is here to help — don’t hesitate to reach out.
